CONTEMPORARY LANDSCAPE PAINTINGS AND PRINTS

My work can be described as abstract landscape, each piece of work showing a variety of interpretations of aerial landscapes. I attempt to bring the colours and structures of the landscape to life, using the experimental printmaking technique of collagraph , and the building up of layers and textures of painting using acrylic and oils on canvas.
I gained a first class degree in Fine Art at Bristol Polytechnic in 1982, returning to complete a Masters degree in Multidisciplinary Printmaking in 2008. I work from home, having created a print studio in the house and a large painting studio in the garden
I have exhibited widely both nationally and international, having work accepted in juried exhibitions in America, Canada, Spain, Italy, and Ireland, and work held in many public and private collections.
